Shanon Materio votes to postpone the vote on establishing the zoning for The Palm Beach Outlets that would allow converting the Palm Beach Mall into outlet stores. Four commissioners were concerned that the firm for the $200 million revamp is based out of Chattanooga, Tenn. and is not a local firm.
