I have never seen anyone drunk downtown but I would imagine if you are having a drinking contest, you could get very drunk in our quaint, low-rise city.

Well, I would suggest that you sit down and write one. I spend some time writing this blog and I don't see it the same way in which you might. There is a lot to it. The downside is getting all of you folks angry every single day. On second thought, maybe that's an upside. :)

Most of the businesses downtown are Bar, we always have people walking around drunk.....Of course what do you expect in our quaint low rise city.
