Synthetic marijuana case ends with guilty plea, first such federal case in Florida

A Boca Raton man who was the first person in Florida to be federally charged with distributing synthetic marijuana products for sale at local convenience stores and gas stations pleaded guilty Friday in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach.

Bet all those stores sold alcohol too.... Why don’t we just cut to the chase and sell REAL cannabis and be done with it, Lake Worth would be a great place to start in this state. We could offer a couple of store fronts, tax it, TELL OUR cops not harass the patrons or owners, what a wonderful world it could be……
