Pistol Whipping Crime
Comment Up Lake Worth citizen was pistol whipped while walking between N. K & J streets. Read about it HERE. I feel safer. The pistol packing punks were caught in College Park.

Good work PBSO. Another example why public safety is so important and keeping PBSO is absolutely necessary.
There are some things we might never know, but there’s something that we all should know; People that are determined be knuckleheads are going to be knuckleheads no matter what society does to try and stop them. The US Secret Service Agency is the best trained and equipped law enforcement agency in the US. Even though we all might not agree on most topics discussed on LW blogs we all would have to agree the US Secret Service is this country’s elite law enforcement agency. With that being said, how many times, just in our lifetime, has a US President been shot or shot at? You can’t stop stupid no matter how hard you try. Crimes will always happen. If the Secret Service agents can’t prevent the President from being shot at can we really think that our PBSO officers can eliminate crimes from taking place here? We all know the answer to that. Here’s what we’re all grateful for; they caught these guys. They’ve caught a bunch of them since we made the up-grade; and we’re spending less money, (even before the Sherriff reduced our contract again for the second time-as he said he would back in February at the LW Chamber breakfast.) We’ve paid less $ every year for better protection than we were paying for our own department in 2007. Yes, we’re still spending more than half our annual revenue for police protection, but if you listened to the city’s consultants who said that is the case for most counties and cities. Thank God the property owners marched on city hall and demanded we keep PBSO no matter what the consultant said we could do.

LOL--you guys slay me. :)
Glad you think that's funny. I guess it would have been better for your narrative if they had gotten away so laugh it up.
Thanks PBSO
What's funny is that they headed to College Park. PBSO is reactive. They do not prevent crime.

Thank God that Susan Stanton negotiated well for the taxpayer citizens of this city. Without her skills, it could have ended up much differently.
