This editorial will tell you why the Public Service Commission will do nothing to protect our environment from incinerators.
All of Florida's agencies have been compromised because of the political stranglehold by the legislature. Greed rules!

Tom Ramiccio with Wes Blackman on our P.& Z. in 2oo4 coerced their City Board to sell OUR Old Bridge Park, 1 1/2 acres, on Palm Beach Island(most expensive land side)(named by me ,and it stuck)for $1,400.000.- to Evans. Laurence countered this with a Charter Amendment which prevented the sale of Public Land and Parks.Wes Blackman's and Ramiccio's and Spinelli's client,
filed a SLAPP suit against Laurence and me , which we won, alone in court! Lois Frankel .just sold 1 acre on West Palm Beach Island(cheaper I.C.W )side for $11,000,000,- (see P.B.Post)!
Blackman was just reappointed by Mulvehill,McVoy and Golden, to our Historic Preservation Board!Are they going to authorize destruction of all Historic Lake Worth(Library ,former lake Worth Town Hall etc. to sell the land to their developr clients(Koolik wanted the land of OUR historic Library for vacant condos!
