Let's get them to insist on a Forensic Audit of the Utilities.

This would prove to be so embarrassing to the utility that the results would never be permitted to see the light of day. The utility lost, by a conservative estimate, over $500k in conversion materials alone. A forensic audit would show that the amount lost by the utility to be staggering, and would eventually force some to either resign or be fired. In the Know
