An interesting theory--Someone sent the following links. In his opinion, he believes that they confirm that some sort of hanky panky was going on regarding the nomination of our new Supreme Court Justice, Elena Kagan--that she was hand-picked by Obama because of pay-back time. She, as Solicitor General, represented him in the various suits that challenged his citizenship.
