Budget Act of 2015
It's no wonder Republicans wanted John Boehner out. And who can say what will happen year after year where we could even have the ability to make any significant cuts?
"Rather than taking meaningful steps to address the growing debt, the Boehner-Obama deal is a colossal step in the opposite direction. This deal does nothing to reduce the size or scope of government over any period of time."

Now what do you suppose they think about the Florida League of Cities affirming its opposition to the solar power amendment particularly since they just agreed to spend $23 million on Siemens that includes over $5 million in solar on our landfill. Read about it...

Construction on 10th Avenue North I-95 Interchange
I-95 Interchange Improvements at 10th Avenue North
Construction on this 0.579-mile project will begin Monday, November 2, 2015, in the City of Lake Worth. Work consists of widening 10th Avenue North, from Barnett Drive to “A” Street, including roadway approaches and bridges over I-95 and the railroad tracks to provide dual eastbound turn lanes onto I-95, widening the I-95 northbound entrance ramp to receive the newly constructed dual eastbound left turn lanes, and widening the existing three-lane I-95 southbound exit ramp to four lanes to provide dual left and dual right turns.
Other improvements include utility relocation, bridge construction, installation of barrier walls, curbs, sidewalks, guardrail, drainage, overhead signs, signing and pavement markings, signals, lighting, and retaining walls. This is the third of five interchange improvement projects throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The combined project cost for all five projects is an estimated $32.5 million.
Work is being performed by Community Asphalt Corp. and is expected to be completed summer 2017. For more information, please contact Andrea Pacini, 561-214-3358.

What is Obama's Priority?
(Conservative
Tribune) – It has been said by some that President Barack Obama’s
administration cares more for illegal immigrants and Muslim
refugees than the veterans who fought and sacrificed for our country. It
now appears that there is some evidence to support such a notion,
unthinkable as it may be..
According to the Military Times, the Department of Veterans Affairs informed Congress this summer that it would be facing a $2.6 billion shortfall in its budget for the year.
Meanwhile, according to Breitbart, the Obama administration has agreed to spend roughly $419 million more on humanitarian aid for Syrian refugees.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest, meanwhile, stated that hundreds of millions of dollars were needed to provide refugees with health care, drinking water, food and shelter. Earnest also said that the United States has now committed to spending more than $4.5 billion to provide aid and comfort to refugee camps around Syria and the broader region.

Ben Carson and Bernie Sanders on Pot

Our public policy on marijuana has been a failure. Poll after poll shows that a growing number of Americans want the drug war to be replaced with a public policy that makes sense. What makes sense to me is ending illegal drug use.
There is a growing group that is pushing for legalizing marijuana. The States of Washington and Colorado have already legalized it and there are seven states on the verge of legalizing it: California (no surprise here), Massachusetts, Missouri, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada and Ohio.
Bernie Sanders, a self-described Socialist who is running for the Democratic nomination, said in May that he supports decriminalizing recreational marijuana in Vermont, and was watching the situation in Colorado “very closely.” If elected, some believe that he will legalize marijuana and then all of us can walk around stoned out of our minds.

Quote of the Day - Allen West
Obama vetoed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) so we have a military unauthorized to exist or conduct any missions.~ Allen West
I say as he is Commander and Chief, he, and he alone, is responsible for our declining power throughout the world. America has become the Paper Tiger. It was he who only four years ago signed the Budget Control Act, which cut a trillion dollars over ten years from the defense budgets.

Islamic invasion pulls trigger: Europe now scrambles for guns.
As Muslims continue their conquest of Europe, residents of the continent now have a sudden realization.
They need guns.
Lots of guns ... Read about it....
And what does Obama do? He inflicts his social and multicultural politics on all of us and says that we will get over 100,000 of them even after he leaves office. And they're mostly men.

Florida Black Bear Hunt ends
Comment Up
Thank God--it's over after two days!
The
Florida black bear hunt has been called off after two days.Ralf Brookes
Attorney said "with only 3200 Fla Black Bear unique to the world the
numbers taken this year cannot be repeated next year and are not
sustainable. This hunt must not happen again next year and the year
thereafter or we will have few or no Florida Black Bears. This spepies
was listed as threatened only 3 years ago. Science not politics, and
precaution not annihilation, will save the Florida Black Bear.
Science has shown hunts are ineffective in controlling bear conflicts
and that managing garbage cans is the best most effective way to control
human bear conflicts. Indigenous peoples have lived with bears and we
must also learn to give the same respect to the species. A wholesale
slaughter cannot be condoned. Florida black bear habitat must be
connected through statewide wildlife Corridors to ensure genetic
diversity and a healthy population of bears and other wildlife for
future generations. we cannot continue to cause fragmentation of
wildlife habitat and expect our species to survive."

All this Black Lives Matter stuff is getting out of hand. It's all an excuse to go after Whitey and has become a field day for trouble makers believing they can say and do anything they damn well please to soothe their hatred for White people.
A Georgia #BlackLivesMatter activist, who posted video threats against police, didn’t get any special treatment just because her judge was also a black woman.
Read about it... and the woman who was promoting killing white people just for the heck of it.

"I THINK EVERYONE -SHE PROVED TO BE A LEADER AND SHE WILL WIN IN A LANDSLIDE--SO ALL YOU HATERS OF HER----ITS TIME TO SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND JUST WATCH HER WIN --REPUBLICANS HAVE BEEN A DYING BREED AND THEY HAVE TAKEN THIER (sic) LAST BREATH"
According to Wikipedia, this is a little of the history of the Democratic and Republican Parties. I remember when I was young, if you wanted to vote here in Lake Worth you had to register as a Democrat as there were very few Republicans around here.
As of the U.S. gubernatorial elections of 2010, the Republican Party holds an outright majority of approximately 440 with 3,890 seats (53% of total) compared to the Democratic party's number of 3,450 (47% of total) seats elected on a partisan ballot.[1] Of the 7,382 seats in all of the state legislatures combined, independents and third parties account for only 15 members, not counting the 49 members of the Nebraska Legislature, which is the only legislature in the nation to hold non-partisan elections to determine its members. Source: Wikipedia
Due to the results of the 2010 elections, Republicans took control of an additional 19 state legislative chambers, giving them majority control of both chambers in 25 states versus the Democrats' majority control of both chambers in only 16 states, with 8 states having split or inconclusive control of both chambers (not including Nebraska); previous to the 2010 elections, it was Democrats who controlled both chambers in 27 states versus the Republican party having total control in only 14 states, with eight states divided and Nebraska being nonpartisan.
Now I realize that Obama has really screwed up the dynamic -- People believed in him and voted for him because he had great promises (remember all that hope and change?) and he was Black proving to themselves that they had zero innate prejudices. They were low information voters and now nearly seven years later we are with a disastrous economy, a crumbling foreign policy, an unmanageable nightmare called Obamacare, and nearly $7 trillion more in debt.Consequently socialism filtered our society like it never has before but Republicans still are in control of the House and of the Senate. We just need more of them to move this country in the right direction.
By the time Obama leaves office, the national debt will be $19.1 trillion dollars. The total national debt was $10.6 trillion when he took office in 2009 and now is $18.165 trillion, nearly twice what it was when he first took office. On top of everything else, we are losing prestige all over the world...even Putin and ISIS are soaring ahead.
