J.D. Vance publicly rebuked Chief Justice John Roberts
Vice President J.D. Vance has called out Chief Justice John Roberts over federal court decisions halting key Trump administration policies.
Vance argued that Roberts should also rein in “rogue” District Court judges who he says are usurping presidential powers under Article II.Vance slammed lower courts for repeatedly blocking Trump administration immigration enforcement measures, claiming unelected judges are thwarting the will of voters who support tougher deportation policies.
He pledged to keep refining the administration’s immigration rules “until the courts are comfortable,” framing success as establishing a legal framework and infrastructure that allows for large-scale deportations consistent with voter mandates.
The dispute centers on whether lower court judges have overstepped their Constitutional authority in immigration enforcement cases.

Until the courts agree with everything that Trump does, we will have a crisis in this country. The court's job is not to interpret law. They are here to approve, without question, of what President Trump does.
@2:29...the courts need to butt out of the decisions of the Executive Branch.
