Comer targets Biden doctor and four White House aides in congressional probe

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has launched an aggressive investigation seeking to interview five former Biden administration officials about alleged cover-ups of the former president's cognitive decline.

According to Newsmax, the Kentucky Republican sent letters requesting voluntary transcribed interviews in June with Dr. Kevin O'Connor, former Domestic Policy Council Director Neera Tanden, and three prominent White House aides.

The investigation centers on allegations that these officials were "running the country" while concealing Biden's mental deterioration and use of autopen technology for critical executive decisions.

Comer characterized the situation as an "historic scandal," claiming that key executive actions, including what he termed "sweeping pardons for the Biden Crime Family," were signed using autopen technology despite the former president's alleged diminished capacity.

The committee seeks to determine when Biden's decline began, how far it progressed, and who was making decisions on his behalf during his presidency.
