Back in 2011, Brazill filed a civil suit
Brazill, 14, was convicted of second-degree murder in the slaying of his teacher Barry Grunow on the last day of school in May 2000.
On the witness stand, under questioning by the prosecution during his appeal in 2007, Nathaniel Brazill shows how he was holding the gun while he shot his teacher, Barry Grunow.
At age 13, Brazill fatally shot Grunow at Lake Worth Middle School on the last day of school in May 2000. Brazill was sentenced to 28 years in state prison followed by 7 years of probation.
Brazill is incarcerated at the Wakulla Correctional Institution Annex with a release date set for May 18, 2028. So, I guess the punk will be out in a few years.
