Trump allowed to Deport Gang Members

Supreme Court Allows Trump to Deport Gang Members Under Alien Enemies Act

Miserable Democrats will be so unhappy 😂

The Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Trump administration’s request to halt lower court judge James Boasberg’s order stopping Trump from deporting suspected members of Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua under the Alien Enemies Act (AEA).

“We grant the application and vacate the [temporary restraining orders],” the court said in its unsigned 5-4 opinion. (It should have been a 9-0 opinion)

Detainees must be given due process before they are deported. “AEA detainees must receive notice after the date of this order that they are subject to removal under the Act.”

Read about it...

So, in essence, we are giving thugs, murderers, rapists, etc. legal rights before deportation. What a total crock.

Oh, how I wish the Constitution allowed Americans to dispose of rapists, thugs and fraudsters without due process. It would be so, so very nice. But there's something called the Constitution that Americans believe in and hold sacred. And it requires due process for everyone in this country, no matter if you're an immigrant or the President.

It's too bad that the 14th Amendment can't be amended from the no person shall....to say that non-citizen criminals can be immediately deported.
