When it comes to political theatrics, few performers rival Chuck Schumer’s scorched-earth routine against President Trump.

The Senate Minority Leader has made attacking Trump his full-time occupation, wielding dramatic warnings about “constitutional crises” and claiming the President is determined to crown himself king.

Day after day, Schumer stands before microphones, his reading glasses perched precariously on his nose, solemnly declaring that Trump represents an existential threat to democracy itself.

But Schumer’s anti-Trump vendetta isn’t just targeting the President – it’s aimed at anyone who dares support America First policies. The New York Senator has called Trump supporters enablers of authoritarianism and treated Trump appointees like hostile witnesses during confirmation hearings.

During Season 5, Episode 8, of “The Apprentice” in 2006, contestants were given a challenge — as was typical during each episode — and the winners of said challenge got the chance to fly to the nation’s capital and have breakfast with Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

During the breakfast, Schumer sought to draw parallels between his family and Trump’s, while also showering praise on the president, telling the contestants he always knew Trump, even as a young person, “was going to go places.” To hear Chuck tell it today, Donald Trump is nothing short of America’s Public Enemy #1.

Poor, Chuck...now AOC the progressive is about to replace him.
