SWAT - Pre-Dawn raids, their favorite intimidation tactic

Executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport seriously wounded after exchanging gunfire with feds

The executive director of an airport in Arkansas is fighting for his life after reportedly exchanging gunfire with federal agents who showed up at his residence to serve a search warrant earlier this week.

At around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives arrived to serve a search warrant at a residence in Little Rock owned by Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Suddenly, during an execution of the warrant, shots rang out, leaving two wounded, including Malinowski.

He sustained a shot to the head and was on life support. We may never know his side of this horrendous incident.

My guess--he had no idea who was beating in his door or for what reason.

No-knock raids by SWAT are dangerously subjective. They have been known to even go to the wrong house. This reminds me of when the government went after Trump supporter, Roger Stone...FBI agents raided Roger Stone's home at pre-dawn in South Florida and took him into custody.

Stone was sentenced to three years and four months and his sentence was commuted by Donald Trump.

Yes

He couldn't look out the window? If ATF comes to your door, it's a pretty good bet you're guilty of something.

Don't let your conspiracy theory tendencies get in the way of common sense.

They wouldn't have shot him unless he posed a threat.

This should prove to be an interesting story.

The guy was a crook. Sold guns used in the commission of several crimes, and that's what we know.

Saves the cost of a lengthy trial, where some crummy defense attorney tries to present this crook as an upstanding member of the community.

@1:24...are you serious?
You believe the government is not corrupt? Not political? Above board?
People are innocent in the United States until such time they are proven guilty in a court of law.

That's why we have so many criminals terrorizing people on the streets and in subways.

The only law we have left in this country, is the law of the jungle.

There is plenty to read about this guy, if you want to know the real story.

I shudder when I think of some of the other illegal activities he may have been involved with.

Why waste the taxpayer's money and the courts time.

The guy was a bad dude. Now he's gone. Good riddance!

@3:20--as said, this is the United States of America. We are not North Korea, Russia, China. Democrats are getting close throwing out democracy with the bath water in a lot of instances however.

I'm not a democrat! I think you've got it backwards.

It's not Republicans wasting taxpayers' money on show trials for Donald Trump!

And when it comes to it, aren't you a bit tired of criminals getting out of jail without bond. You think it's Republicans doing that?

Why didn't ATF just call him and tell them they were coming so he wouldn't be surprised and could be expecting them? And do it during the light so everyone is visible and easily identifiable. Sometimes people just don't think!

@6:26...not their style. they like to scare people to death.

@1:35...he was a crook? So the government shoots him? Is that the way the game is played? Don't know that he was a "crook" and not taking your word for it.

First of all, you're just playing Devil's Advocate, and you don't really care that he was shot.

Secondly, if you are really interested in the case, I'm sure you can find plenty to read about.

The guy was a gun runner. Got It!

First of all?
They killed the guy. And I care very much about that.
They had no business conducting a raid such as this without informing him first and allow him to turn himself in. If they had done that, there would have been no shooting.
And because you say he was a gun runner doesn't make it so. A jury usually determines that.
