Despite its image, Florida ranks surprisingly low in marijuana usage
with roughly 2.8 million people over age 12 estimated to have used the substance.The number of users equates to less than 15 percent of the population. I think 15% is too high!
The Sunshine State’s national ranking puts it behind more than 40 other states. Vermont ranks first, with just under 1 in 3 people using the drug.
Perhaps that's why most of our residents are a whole lot more astute than those living in the 40 other states.

That's not a good enough reason to smoke.
