On his radio show, Levin sounded the alarm that Democrats are actively using the court system to interfere in the 2024 election.
Levin explained that Joe Biden prosecutor Jack Smith is about to indict Trump on several charges relating to January 6 and Trump contesting the results of the 2020 election.
If Smith wins a conviction on these counts – and that is all but assured as Smith is planning a rigged trial in Washington, D.C. where a Democrat judge presides and Democrats will fill out the jury – then Democrats can move to have Trump banned from serving as President.
