Disney Proves to Be Sneaky…DeSantis Responds!

The state of Florida passed legislation that stripped Disney of its self-governing status, but the multinational corporation had a last-minute, sneaky attempt to undermine the real changes.

Before the past board was sent packing and replaced with a new state-appointed board, it moved to give Disney broad power to further develop land on the outskirts of the counties it is in.

This preserved some of the self-governing power that Florida tried to end.
