Biden restoring Obama's failed socialist legacy

He went on to attack former President Donald Trump while signing a pair of orders to “undo the damage Trump has done,” he said.

“There’s nothing new that we’re doing here, other than restoring the Affordable Care Act and restoring the Medicaid to the way it was before Trump became president,” Biden stated.

This schism turned Obamacare into another government benefit program for lower- and moderate-income Americans. The typical enrollee has an income of only 165% of the federal poverty level, or $40,000 for a family of four. Government will pick up the tab with subsidies--socialized medicine.

There's a reason why it's called the "Affordable Care Act," you know?

It's not so that the folks living in the City of Palm Beach can finally afford to get annual physicals.

Too bad it's NOT affordable

Millions of Americans have been able to get insured who normally couldn't or wouldn't.

Speaking of "socialized medicine," how's medicare working out for you?

Don't know why you Democrats insist that Medicare is socialized medicine. It started in 1965 and everyone working has been paying into it just like social security. It's a social program--please distinguish the difference.

Social Security and Medicare are two separate programs administered by the government, but funded by individuals and their employers. The government does not contribute any funds into the programs. ... The funds are separate from the federal general budget, which is for the daily operation of the government

So, Anon, if I work 5 years, get married and never work a day again in my life, I don't get Medicare?

No, I do.

So where do you think those funds come from, since I haven't paid into the pot?

Not quite true 8:37. . You need around 40 quarters or 10 years before you collect or you can collect on your husband’s work record and salary. He and his employer us paying for you.

That's wrong.

Part A is free if you or your spouse has worked and paid taxes to Medicare for at least 40 quarters (10 years). If you do not have enough working quarters, you will have to pay a premium for Part A. Part B always has monthly premium.

If you don't have the hours, there's a premium. Doesn't mean you pay the full amount of healthcare ever.

It's socialized medicine in the truest sense of the term.

Not going to argue with a socialist--it's a NO win deal.
