John Kerry Claims 'We Have 9 Years Left' to Avoid Climate Catastrophe
Waving a rhetorical banner of doom and trashing former President Donald Trump, Biden administration climate czar John Kerry proclaimed Friday that looming climate disaster is only nine years away.Kerry spoke to the Munich Security Conference as part of the hoopla surrounding the formal readmission of the United States to the Paris climate accords, which seeks to reduce global emissions.
“The same group of scientists told us that we had, three years ago, about 12 years. So now, three years later — three years wasted, sadly, largely because of our president in the United States — around 2030 is the date in which we have to get the world now on the right path in order to cap the warming at that level of 1.5. What a completely useless bore. I must say, in his case, the term Privileged White Person, does have some currency. Even if it's only BitCoin.
Kerry says we have 9 years. Bill Gates says we have 30. Who would believe; a washed up politician, or a genius who actually works on solutions?
Kerry has 9 more years of jetsetting in his private planes. And neither one is believable,3:50. They both have agendas.
I won't be here to judge the outcome, but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
My personal opinion, which is based on nothing but my own unscientific observation, is that the planet is undergoing a change. I doubt it can be reversed.
