15 years ago, Lake Worth had some class; not much, but it had potential. That is no longer the case. All the art and architectural shows in the world, won't make Lake Worth a cultural center. Everything is done piecemeal. Either it's overdone, or not done at all. Nothing finished or done correctly. The Lucerne stands there alone, like a beacon to poor planning.
