Liberals are so brain dead.
Lets say that there is a law requiring everyone to eat 10 cakes per day. Some people don't care about and break the law by eating only 2 cakes per day.PEOPLE ARE OUTRAGED!!! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE !!! So the head bakers get together and pass ANOTHER law requiring everyone to eat 15 cakes per day.Now who in the hell thinks that the criminals only eating 2 cakes per day are going to follow this new law any more than they followed the old law?
Laws restricting or mandating ANYTHING only effect those who follow the laws in the first place.
Just because something else kills more people is not a valid reason to try to reduce the amount of deaths caused by guns.
There is no reason for people to have assault type rifles, the have no purpose other than to kill as many people in as little time as possible.

Th Assault Weapons Ban of 2013 lost in the Senate 40/60. Helping its failure were 15 Democrats and 1 Independent. I personally don't see any reason why someone needs an assault weapon.
