Supreme Court Strikes Down Challenge on Refugee Ban… Hands Trump Big Win

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that it would dismiss lawsuits against President Donald Trump’s executive order banning refugee admissions, on the same day the administration announced it would begin re-admitting refugees under a new screening process, according to ABC News.

The order expired, Lynn. It wasn't even in effect. So, yeah, HUGE WIN!!!

I'm all for more stringent screening of refugees. I'm glad that Trump and his Administration are helping resettle these folks.

Trump keeps winning. The lower courts can't come back and use the same precedent again. Also he has reduced the number of refugees that this country will accept. Trump last month capped refugee admissions at 45,000, down from 110,000 from the Obama administration.
