School Improvement bill passes in Florida Legislature

Hope is on the horizon to turn around Florida’s failing schools. On Thursday, Florida House lawmakers approved a plan to turn around failing public schools and “bring hope” back to Florida students. Legislators approved the “Schools of Hope” bill by a vote of 77-40. Democrats unanimously voted against the bill.
