This is not intended to be a debate format but rather an introduction. The format will be fairly straightforward. With so many candidates and in the interest of time, we will allow each candidate a 5 minute opening to tell our membership about yourself, why you are running and anything else you would like them to know about you. After that expect 2 general questions that each of you will get which will be the same for all candidates and then a short closing. Once this is completed we will close the official part of the meeting and ask for you to remain so that members of the audience have the opportunity to come up to you to ask their personal questions. This is the format selected to keep the length reasonable and give you an opportunity to meet some constituents.
