This is a blog that I never published--It got my interest again as the State of Florida has released its lien on Lufty Enterprises/The Cottage at 522 Lucerne Avenue. I have no idea how much  money was owed subsequent to what is published below. One thing that we do know is that The Cottage came after our then city manager and blamed her for their code violation fines and had the entire gay community world-wide going after her calling her a homophobe--just about the most ridiculous lie ever created.  What goes around comes around or you reap what you sow.

The cottage at 112 N. L Street certainly has had its problems over the years.
