The Florida Bar conducted a poll of its members regarding the appellate judges up for retention and on the November 4, 2014 ballot:
Below reflects the outcome of those votes to retain all four judges--
Alan O. Forst--79%
W. Matthew Stevenson--92%
Mark W. Klingensmith--82%
Martha Warner--93%

Are they up for a retention vote in Canada (your posted pic is of a Canadian Flag with a gavel on it as of 10/14/14 at 2:00pm)? For someone who hates Canadians so much, I'm surprised you've supplanted the US flag with theirs. Maybe you are coming around. Next thing we know you will be pushing for the Fluer De Lis as the beach parking pass to pay homage to your beloved Quebecois.
Oh, so happy that you are so astute. Don't hate Canadians either--just don't like those Snowbirds wanting special privileges and getting a resident decal and the city re-writing that they are no longer non-residents but seasonal residents so that they can sell them one.
