With
a Governor's race, Amendment #2 to legalize medicinal marijuana, and
Congressional district races heating up, Florida ranked top in the
nation for the state where registered voters are most likely to vote on
election day.
In a poll of registered voters, more than 10% of Florida
voters have already voted by absentee ballot. What's luring voters to
