look where all the mass shootings have taken place.....schools, theaters, malls, all gun free zones. the shooter has time to reload and keep shooting knowing NO ONE is armed to defend themselves. train the administrators/teachers...arm the administrators/teachers. Give them a fair chance to defend themselves (and others) if the situation presents itself.

A little of both maybe. I would like to see all assault weapons banned.
Anyone caught with a gun while committing a crime, goes immediately to prison...for a long time.
