The unofficial count at 2pm is Murphy 65,841 and West 52,704 that is a difference of 13,137. Murphy gained over 250 vote. Is West going to give it up? Or as you say we have not heard the last of him yet...
I would rather doubt he "will give it up." I expect bigger things for Allen West. Things happen for a reason and sometimes something greater is right around the corner.
