I wrote Col. Allen West and here is the response from his campaign manager:
Congressman West was talking about the fact that since Obama has
been President, more people have gone on Social Security Disability Insurance
than jobs created. His point was that all of these different entitlement
programs are making people dependent on the government and politicians like that
because it increases their power. He was not referencing Social Security
benefits that seniors are entitled to.
Congressman West will protect Social Security and Medicare
for our seniors and those at or near retirement, and for future generations.

That's great Lynn, but he will not protect disabled people going on DISABILITY SOCIAL SECURITY WHICH HAS TO BE DOCUMENTED BY A DOCTOR. AND PROVES YOU HAVE NO OTHER MEANS OF INCOME.
