Whatever you do today, have fun; be careful. Have a great day and remember in spite of our differences, we are lucky to be living in the land of the free and home of the brave, where we have the right to vote and have a voice in our own destiny as well as living in the best little city by the sea. See ya at Bryant Park!

Thanks Lynn! Love your blog! Happy 4th and thanks for all you do. Just remember though, not ALL are free in this country though, gays are not free yet, they are not free to marry, bring their bi-national partners to the USA like heterosexuals can, do taxes jointly, or really express themselves publicly without being looked at funny. Little by little maybe gays will actuate their rights here in the USA like in Canada, Mexico, England, Argentina, Germany, Brasil, soon France, and many other places. The USA is a little 3rd world with this one human right. We are all blessed to live in this great little city by the sea though! God Bless us all and the USA! Let their be 100% equality and freedom for gays soon here in the USA! (Sorry to remind you of this Lynn, but it is reality and fact for many of us gays who do not have the same rights and freedoms.)
Happy Independance Day to all! I understand the irony on the picture, but let's admit that the USA remains one of the most democratic and developed countries in the world as compared to many other countries. Remember Russia - they can't even elect their President. We say different things about Obama, both good and bad, but at least we've chosen him by ourselves.
