James Titcomb applies for city manager job in Lake Worth

The revolving door of city managers continues.

James S. Titcomb, Lake Park's new Interim City Manager has applied to Lake Worth to become our new permanent city manager, according to the PB Post article. Read about it here.

Mr. Titcomb's Bio:

Served as Village Manager at North Palm Beach, Florida

Retired longest serving Executive Director of the Palm Beach County League of Cities Inc.

Two-term former Elected City Commissioner & Vice Mayor Boynton Beach, Florida

2001-2002 Governor of the 4th District (AAF) American Advertising Federation - Florida/Caribbean

2004 Jack Philipps Gold Medal awarded for outstanding contributions to the industry. 4th District American Advertising Federation - May 1st, 2004

2001 AAF Silver Medal awarded by Advertising Federation of the Palm Beaches for outstanding contributions and achievement to the advertising industry & community at large. - June 5th, 2001

Part time Adjunct Professor of Advertising & Marketing at Northwood University

Actually there are 65, 66 or 67 choices. Let's hope that it is someone who can't be jerked around by this commission and knows his/her stuff.

Can't be jerked around and knows his stuff. You just described Joe Kroll. I'm sure he appreciates your endorsement and that you'll pass your recommendation on to Maxwell and the rest of the commission.

LOL. He applied in Hallandale. Maybe he will get the job there--doubt it though.
