I have an idea. LW is just about as dysfunctional as a town can get. Why not use a little bit of that entertainment value to approach Bravo about a new reality series? Kind of like Jersey Shore on steroids, but with much more LGBT theatrics. You already have two nationally recognized leading ladies (Susan and Cara) and the 'politically correct' commission could act as a backdrop. Then, the money paid to the city for national entertainment could be used to reduce the deficit or pay the workers.
