Technology Coming to Lake Worth High
New to Lake Worth High starting in the fall of the 2010-2011 school year, teachers and students will have access to Video Conference hardware. This technology will give students the unique ability to expand the walls of the classroom and take students to locations around the world via computer.
According to Brett Packard, Assistant Principal, "This will become a vital component as students learn through collaborative projects that are curriculum based. Communication and presentation skills are developed as students prepare for the global community where they will live and work."
