On Tuesday, the City Commission will have another all day workshop. In the morning, beginning at 8:30am, they will be discussing the RFP for Future Power Supply. Sue Hersey will be there.
Directly after lunch, starting at 12:30, they will be talking about the Beach leases and the Casino Financing followed by a review of REG's Contract and scope of work.
The Beach rent proposals:
Based on the same amount of square footage they have now.
Corner Anchor space: 2,040 sq. ft. @ 30 or $5,100 a month
Lorraine Bowe: 1,020 sq. ft. @ $20 or $1,700 a month
Casino Dairy: 1,020 sq. ft. @ $25 or $2,125 a month
Fox Surf & Sport: 2,040 sq. ft. @ 20 or $3,400 a month
Dot Pickett: 1,020 sq. ft. @ $20 or $1,700 a month
New York Pizza: 1,020 sq. ft. @ 25 or $2,125 a month
John G's: 5,100 sq. ft. @ $30 or $12,750 a month
They have Benny's down for a monthly payment of $102,000 but this should be yearly.
All fees will be up even parking to $1.75 on the upper level.
