Do you want these very same people, who have influenced our elected officials, to be in charge of our State and what it looks like? Right now they are trying to influence voters (with their big bucks) that Amendment 4 will be about every minor change to a Comp Plan. This is a lie.
When a new development requires new roads, sewers, schools, police and fire services, we all pay, whether it is in our direct neighborhood or not. We changed the zoning for Publix and literally lost all sense of reason and brain cells when we gave them $500,000 towards infrastructure. Politicians just don't get it. And we get stuck with their dreadful decisions.
Let's give the people a voice. We can do it better.
