Mark is our Chair of the newly formed Community Relations Board.

"Parrilla said he is getting a 20 thousand dollar rebate from State, a 30 thousand dollar tax credit from the Feds, and he also gets a 55 thousand dollar property tax deduction. That's one dollar for every dollar he spent on his own solar system. And they no longer have to pay a power bill."
