FBI Warns of Potential ‘Violent Attacks’ on October 7

The FBI is warning Americans that the coming anniversary of the surprise October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel could inspire “violent attacks” within the U.S.

A public service announcement released by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Friday warns of “potential threats in the United States from a variety of actors in response to the one-year anniversary of the HAMAS attacks on Israel.”

The announcement warns that Monday’s anniversary could “be a motivating factor for violent extremists and hate crime perpetrators to engage in violence or threaten public safety,” pointing out that “violent extremist activity” has been observed since the ongoing Israel-Hamas war began.

Trump’s campaign announced last week that he would return to Butler, Pa., just months after his ear was grazed with a bullet during a campaign event in July. The gunman and one attendee were killed, and two others were injured during the incident.

“President Trump’s return to Butler will stand as a tribute to the American spirit. In America, we do not let monsters like that evil assassin have the last word,” the campaign said in a release that framed Trump’s survival as “what the world has recognized as an act of divine providence.”

"We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have. We are expecting another hurricane hitting. We do not have the funds," Mayorkas remarked.

Biden-Harris Admin Opened Door For 1.7 Million Migrants Flagged As ‘Potential’ Security Threats, House Report Finds

Over 1.7 million migrants who have been encountered along the southern border during the Biden-Harris administration have been flagged as “potential national security threats,” according to a House Judiciary Committee report released Thursday.

The migrants, who largely entered the country under Vice President Kamala Harris’ leadership as “border czar,” have been designated as “special interest aliens” (SIAs) due to having come from countries “considered to be a threat” to American national security, according to the report.

Since January 2021, nearly eight million migrants have entered the country illegally along the southern border, with at least 382 of them found to be on the U.S. government’s terrorist watchlist.

“The terrorist threat to the United States has skyrocketed due to the Biden-Harris Administration’s dangerous open-borders policies,” the report reads.

In a controversial development ahead of the upcoming election, federal Judge Tanya Chutkan (appointed by Obama, the guy who started the demise of our country) has authorized the release of a redacted version of Special Counsel Jack Smith‘s legal brief, which details the evidence in the case against former President Donald Trump over alleged election interference.

The trial date for the case is still pending, but the release could play a pivotal role in shaping public perception.

The document’s release comes as Smith, whose investigation has faced intense political scrutiny, seeks to move the case forward despite a Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.

The New York Times reported that the filing outlines Smith’s argument that Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election were conducted in a private capacity as a candidate, rather than as a sitting president, a distinction aimed at bypassing the immunity issue.

CBS News debate moderator Margaret Brennan hammered Sen. J.D. Vance with a “fact check”

suggesting that foreign nationals on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) are here legally, yet experts say that the moderator’s take doesn’t hold water.

During the vice presidential debate Tuesday night, Brennan — appearing to break a rule previously set by CBS that moderators would not fact check candidates — responded to Vance by appearing to suggest that those on TPS have legal status in the country and those who enter through the CBP One app also have a similar status.

However, immigration experts that spoke with the Daily Caller News Foundation say Brennan’s “fact check” was incorrect, noting that those who obtain TPS are not automatically granted legal status and inadmissible foreign nationals enter the U.S. via the CBP One app daily.

“CBS moderator Margaret Brennan was wrong in her ‘fact check’ regarding Haitian migrants,” Julie Kirchner, executive director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), said to the DCNF, adding that most Haitian migrants who have entered the U.S. in the past four years have no legal status.

“Haitians who enter the country illegally and then obtain temporary protected status are shielded from deportation, but receiving temporary protected status does not confer legal status.”

Harris went to border hotspot Douglas, AZ (sarcasm is dripping), to get a few photos that she can slap in her commercials when she pretends that she wants to crack down on the border crossings.

After Harris’ appearance, the Border Patrol Union lit her up, stating, “Vice President Harris has ignored the border problem she created for over three years. She goes down there for 20 minutes for a photo op and decides to repeat some of the things the NPBC has said before. But again, where has she been the last 3 ½ years?”

America Legal Files Lawsuit against Government

WASHINGTON, D.C. – America First Legal (AFL) filed a lawsuit against the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) for illegally concealing records such as resumes of radical political appointees within the agency.

This is part of AFL’s ongoing effort to uncover exactly who is implementing the Biden-Harris agenda across the federal bureaucracy. AFL has filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and lawsuits to obtain these records to publish on the Woke Wagon, an interactive resume and records database.

The Justice40 Initiative is the Biden-Harris Administration’s goal that 40 percent of the overall benefits of certain federal climate, clean energy, affordable and sustainable housing, and other investments flow to disadvantaged communities that are marginalized by under-investment and overburdened by pollution.

So far, it has secured approximately $613 billion in funds for more than 500 programs across 19 federal agencies.

"So-called 'equity' has infected and affected every facet of the federal government, including at the Biden-Harris CEQ. And CEQ, in turn, has helped to further infect other agencies in the executive branch, like FEMA, by creating a so-called ‘Environmental Justice Scorecard’ and a ‘Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool’ — which are being used to radically transform the federal government into an ‘equity’ cult that elevates race and sex above need.

The woman — who was identified only as Jane — allegedly called one of the friends sobbing in her cab immediately after the incident, the outlet said.

Biden said: “The snack companies think you won’t notice if they change the size of the bag and put a hell of a lot fewer — same size bag — put fewer chips in it. You get charged the same amount and you got about 10% fewer Snickers in it.” Snickers denies shrinkflation with their product.

I can attest to two products that have reduced the size of their product and kept the price the same: Toilet paper and Tropicana Orange Juice that went from a 52oz bottle to a 48oz and the price remains the same.

And President Trump has blasted his rival's call for a federal ban on food price gouging as "communist" price controls.
