Ninth Circuit Judges Just Served Gavin Newsom’s ICE Unmasking Law One Deadly Blow

Gavin Newsom watched ICE agents get death threats and decided they should have to show their faces anyway.

This week, the court he counted on to back him up read him the Constitution instead.

The 9th Circuit just said one word to Gavin Newsom's ICE unmasking law.

The word is "void."

On Wednesday, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals handed Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta one of the most lopsided losses of their careers.

The panel – including two Trump appointees and one Obama appointee – ruled 3-0 that Newsom's No Vigilantes Act violated the U.S. Constitution.

The Obama appointee agreed.
