Maria Corina Machado

Nobel Prize Winner Just Compared Trump To This One Moment Reagan Never Achieved

She dedicted her Peace Prize to Donald Trump

"This is historic," Machado said. "This happens once in a lifetime. This will be remembered for generations to come." Maria Corina Machado, an industrial engineer with a Masters Degree in finance, isn't a politician in the American sense – she's someone who has been hunted, jailed, and stripped of her political rights by Nicolas Maduro's regime for the crime of telling Venezuelans the truth.

She's talking about the collapse of Maduro's grip on Venezuela – a collapse she says Trump made possible.

"For the first time in history," Machado said, "we will have the Americas free of communism and dictatorship."

While the American media spent years lecturing you about Trump's foreign policy incompetence, Trump's team was methodically strangling the Maduro regime with sanctions and diplomatic isolation – and then, on January 3rd, Trump's special forces went into Caracas and physically pulled Maduro out of his bed.

Machado said it directly – once Venezuela falls to democracy, Cuba follows. Nicaragua follows.

Proof that you'll embrace liberals if they say nice things about Trump. Amazing.

Embrace liberals? I "embrace" people who tell the ruth. She is not a liberal in the American sense. She is a Venezuelan politician widely described as a classical liberal or right-wing conservative. As a key opposition leader against the Maduro regime, she champions free-market capitalism, privatization of state-owned oil, and has aligned with international conservative figures. Does that sound like a liberal?
