Federal Judge Declines to Halt Trump Immigration Operation in Minnesota

A Minnesota federal judge on Saturday refused to block President Trump’s immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis.

The ruling allows ICE’s Operation Metro Surge to continue despite a lawsuit from state and local officials.

The court said the plaintiffs failed to meet the legal standard. Menendez ruled the request did not justify extraordinary relief.

The enforcement operation remains active.
