Squatter at 900 block of South G Street arrested

Lake Worth Beach squatting suspect accused of getting high, smearing fecal matter

An "alleged" squatter, identified as Dieuferson Derissaint, caught hiding in the closet of a Lake Worth Beach home vacant for four months, is accused of leaving behind a trail of destruction.

On Saturday, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) deputies were dispatched to the 900 block of South G Street to a call for a burglary of an unoccupied home.

Upon arrival, deputies say they found that the front door was damaged suggesting there was a forced entry.

PBSO entered the property, found fecal matter covering the floor and walls in the bathroom and kitchen as well as glass smoking pipes containing white residue.
