The appointment will be effective at the beginning of September.Renatha Sian Francis[2] (born 1976/1977) is a Circuit Judge in Palm Beach County, Florida and was a justice-designate of the Supreme Court of Florida until that Court nullified her appointment on September 11, 2020 on grounds she did not meet one of the minimum requirements imposed by the state constitution.
