We need to get rid of all these greedy and corrupt slaves of the devil and insurance companies, big pharma, and all big businesses that rape the people the way they do, there's so much waste and corption in government so much dysfunction. Thankfully we have Ron DeSantis and some decent leaders here in Florida!

If you live in a building 3 stories and up, there are new State Laws regarding inspections, which I believe the Governor also signed.

Most of the condos I see in Lake Osborn seem to be two stories, but if you are in a building that meets those criteria, living in a condo is going to get very expensive.

Personally, I think anything 4 stories and under, should have been exempt, but nobody asked me.

@9:40...some of the condos on the Intracoastal and others here in LWB will be subject to the new law.
It's already getting more expensive as all costs are up--even Lake Worth Utilities charging service charges on our water and electric. This is terrible during this highly inflationary time and the economy tanking.
And now the city wants to give the developers of the Gulfstream equivalents of $10 million to build.

Lake Worth is always trying to re-create the past. The Gulfstream represents the past. The people from Lake Worth aren't going to stay there. The idea of attracting more tourists to an already overburdened Lake Avenue and Luzerne, during season is not an attractive prospect. Why not just create a natural area and make room for some of God's other creatures?

The new Condo Inspection Laws are going to put a lot of people into bankruptcy, if they are lucky enough to qualify for it, or put them out on the street.

One building falls down, and we all have to pay for it. It's a boon for the engineers, architects, builders, and attorneys.
