Biden Goes Off Script and Starts Talking About Tobacco and Prostitutes

On Monday Joe Biden delivered remarks on gun violence while at the Rose Garden.

During the remarks, Biden talked about a new rule to regulate "ghost guns" and also nominated Steve Dettelbach to be ATF director.

“Today, the United States Department of Justice is making it illegal for a business to manufacture one of these kits without a serial number. Illegal. Illegal for a licensed gun dealer to sell them without a background check,” said Biden.

From there, Biden went off-script to drive home his point about gun manufacturers. And anyone who listens to President Joe Biden speak regularly knows this was a bad idea.
