From our condo lawyers, Becker. The 2022 Legislative Session in Florida concluded on March 11, 2022. While the Legislature failed to pass any new laws pertaining to reserve funding and building inspections, there were some bills passed that will be of interest to community associations.

I love this law-firm. Ken is the best. We don't have them where I live now, and I think it's a big mistake.
They are the top condo law firm in Florida but super expensive! I have already overspent my budget for 2022. But...I'm reluctant to make a change. There are so many people living in condos today that take a great deal of pleasure objecting to everything and fighting you all the way.
Most decisions are Board Decisions. The people may be unhappy, but they will be unhappy no matter what.
