Tonight's City Commission Meeting

Unless you just want to speak at tonight's commission meeting, look commissioners right in the eye or listen to the five presentations, there is no reason to even bother driving down to City Hall.

Two employees are retiring and they will be recognized.  Cpt. Todd Bear will give his quarterly report on crime, something the city hates to discuss. College Park will give its neighborhood association report and you will get to hear some PR from Leisure Services. Erin Deady will speak on clean energy which should be interesting.

There is no New Business; no Public Hearings and no Unfinished Business--nothing on the agenda other than $9 million on the Consent Agenda that will all pass with no discussion.

I may even introduce myself as you suggested. :)

Maybe they can explain why we had 3 blackouts Sunday, 1 yesterday, and 2 so far today.

They have $16 million of our money to spend.

It's time to fix the system.

What's the point of meetings when everything is already decided and put on consent agenda.
