He was the Director at Utility Operations Services at Public Service Electric & Gas that serviced the Greater New York City Area. Before that he was with Dome-Tech, Inc., NUI Corporation, PSE&G.
Mr. Liberty received his engineering degree from the Newark College of Engineering @ NJIT
