Equal opportunity employment also is racist because it gives jobs to black people or minorities even if they're not even qualified for the job as opposed to who really has the Merit to deserve the job there's been a lot of racism over the years and it still continues today in so many areas.
Yes! Just look at Kristi Noem, Pete Hegseth, and Kash Patel. All examples of merit appointments where an EEO appointment would have been disastrous! Almost forgot Dan Bongino!

@7:48...Agree with you on Democrats but regarding the maps, racism in redistricting is against the laws so says the Supreme Court.

The President has the right to hire/appoint who he wants. Two out of three working out, not bad odds.
