FBI launches investigation into violent disruption of Christian prayer event in Seattle
A Mayday USA Christian prayer event in Seattle’s Cal Anderson Park was violently disrupted by counter-protesters, leading to over 30 arrests and injuries to both attendees and police.Democrat Mayor Bruce Harrell faced backlash for blaming the peaceful worshipers and launching his own probe into the event’s permit, while left-wing groups accused police of inciting the violence.
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced a federal investigation under Director Kash Patel into alleged targeted attacks on Christians, framing it as a First Amendment protection effort.
Mayday USA’s event drew hundreds of members of Antifa and other left-wing activists to counter the prayer event. Violence broke out when Antifa and others began to attack the Christians at the event.
“Today’s far-right rally was held here for this very reason – to provoke a reaction by promoting beliefs that are inherently opposed to our city’s values in the heart of Seattle’s most prominent LGBTQ+ neighborhood,” Mayor Harrell said.

It seems that violence only is initiated by Left-wingers. Seattle and Tacoma rank among the least safe major cities in the U.S., according to a study by WalletHub. Seattle is the 5th most liberal city in the United States as of May 1, 2025.

When does the Trump start focusing his energies on terrorist attacks on US soil? We've had two in the last few weeks. Are attacks on Jews not a priority?
Once these colleges and universities end the anti-semetic movements on their campuses, it might happen. Trump is ending the grants to them and liberal courts are challenging that. They are ending visas to some foreign students. The Trump admin is rounding up illegals and terrorists and shipping them out. Courts are fighting him on that as well. Perhaps you can have influence with your Trump hating communist friends and end the violence and rid us of domestic terrorists who hate Jews. Trump is taking legal action. Would you prefer him to shoot them on sight?
